Henan Institute of Science and Technology has been a place of guided growth for both teachers and learners alike. As we teach, we also learn for he /she who stops learning should stop teaching. I have watched the school change techniques administratively and structurally in size. The changing learning and lifestyle of the students gives me an opening window to see the effect of the evolving world that gives no time for adaptation. (If you rest you rust.) This calls for extra patience on the part of us teachers these days in guiding these young learners. Looking deeply, I find that our school has changed a lot. We now have many new and beautiful classrooms equipped with computers and ACs. The students' dormitories are now all equipped with heating and cooling air-conditioning systems, which brings me great comfort. As one of the established mother universities in this city, I also take pride in seeing our school continuously strengthening its teaching faculty and playing a leading role in supporting the development of other sister institutions.
Personnel interaction. Receiving and giving information in my work area has helped me learn more about the Chinese way of life. What turns the wheel of education is communication which impresses me the most because we work like a family always putting our heads together to find solutions to the most difficult issues and we have never failed in any. There has been some motivation to give a warm heart to the foreign teachers and students here. I thank the school for these gestures. On my part I will continue to give my best to the students not only as a teacher but also as an educational mother to add more to the learners’ bank of knowledge.
河南科技学院对我而言，始终是一个教学相长、共同进步的地方。身为教师，我们在传授知识的同时也在不断汲取新知，因为深知“学无止境，教亦无止境”。回顾这些年，我亲历了学校在管理机制和办学规模等方面的持续变革。而学生学习和生活方式的变化，也让我得以窥见外部世界飞速发展的轨迹——这个时代变化如此之快，几乎不给人喘息调整的机会（正所谓“休息就会生锈”）。这种现状，也对我们教师提出了更高的要求：在引导学生时，必须付出更多的耐心与智慧。
细察之下，学校面貌已然焕然一新。如今，校内不仅新增了许多宽敞漂亮的教室，而且整体学习环境大为改善。学生宿舍更是全部覆盖了冷暖空调系统，这令我尤为欣慰。作为本市历史悠久的老牌高校之一，我也为学校持续加强师资队伍建设、辐射带动兄弟院校发展而感到自豪。
在人际交往方面，日常工作中的交流协作让我对中国人的生活方式有了更深入的理解。沟通是驱动教育运转的核心动力，这一点给我留下的印象最为深刻。我们整个团队像一家人一样紧密合作，遇到难题时总能集思广益，共同寻找解决办法。学校对外籍教师和留学生也给予了诸多关怀与温暖，我对此深表感谢。今后，我将一如既往地倾注心力于学生身上，不仅做好一名教师，更愿以教育者的慈母之心，为学生的成长之路添砖加瓦，丰富他们的知识宝库。
